Cultivate BHE BCBA in Hamden

Description

The Cultivate Difference:

As a BCBA your voice is heard!

  • Your ideas are respected! You will be presented as the subject matter expert to potential families.  Your treatment plan will drive the conversation in order to provide the best services possible.
  • We service a wide age population that is not only tailored to the "littles" (2-10) and we do not have an age out restriction. We have seen learners go up to 17-20 years old
  •  BCBA takes an active role in Parent onboarding training.
  •  A company culture that fosters advancement and growth.

The day to day difference!

  • Low billable hour requirement.
  •  Every BCBA creates their own individualized behavior plan.
  • The opportunity to get leadership experience by mentoring RBT’s and BCaBA through our Cultivate Apprenticeship Program.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and Client Outreach to build and shape your caseload.
  • Growth opportunities aplenty! New Clinical Manager roles are offered to internal BCBA’s first. We always look to promote from within.
  • Work side by side with an experienced Clinical Manager in an effort to level up your skills.

Compensation with your well-being
